All MOB items have a limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase of the product. All warranty claims must have the official receipt as proof of purchase of the product.Alloy and Carbon Frames and forks: 3 years
Other Components: 1 year
Gears and accessories: 1 year
This limited manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the following:- Wear and tear
- Crashes
- Improper assembly
- Improper maintenance
- Installation of incompatible parts
- over torquing of seatclaps, cockpits and other components.
- Damage due to shipping.
- Paint defects such as scratches and/or smudges
This warranty is explicitly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item at the manufacturer’s and/or MOB’s discretion.The warranty will be deemed void if there are any modifications/repainting to any part of the frame, fork, or other components. All warranty claims are dealt as a per case basis. It is the sole discretion of the brand or manufacturer if the warranty claim will be entertained beyond its warranty period. Second hand parts are still entitled to the limited manufacturer’s warranty, but will follow the date of purchase of the original owner.
